Cornucopia skriver som vanligt läsvärda inlägg. Denna gång bla om så vitt skilda ämnen som oljesand och vin. Börjar med det senaste och konstaterar att jag för några år sedan bodde under en längre tid i Frankrike passade på att köpa in mig på en hel drös med ST: Emilion viner på härsan och tvärsan. I stort sett idag är dessa viner (och det är rätt många) den klart dominerande vinsorten i min vinkällare. Ensidigt kanske någon tycker men själv kan jag endast svårligen hitta andra distrikt och sorter som till närmelsevis kan matcha just dessa. Fullständigt ointressant kommentar visserligen men av någon outgrundlig anledning ville jag bara får detta konstaterat.

Sedan Cs inlägg om oljesandarna är även detta läsvärt. Att Kanadensisk oljesand kommer att bli än mer i ropet framledes anser jag var klart som korvspad. Var kan investerare placera sina oljeinvesteringar i världen givet att redan idag ca 90% av alla oljetillgångar redan är nationaliserade eller står under kontroll av nationella bolag? I de flesta länder som fortfarande har intresse av att låta privata ägarintressen investera i sina oljetillgångar är det i många fall en tidsfråga bara när även dessa kan komma att nationaliseras, regleras osv. Ingen bra sitts att sitta med ett över natten nationaliserat innehav tycker nog många och ser sig istället om efter alternativ. Senaste exemplet på turbulens av denna art hittar vi i norra Irak närmare bestämt i Kurdistan, ingen nämd ingen glömd.
Lägg sedan till detta att Kanada gränsar till världens största olje konsument (USA) att USAs andra granne i söder (Mexico) som idag USA får tredjen mest olja ifrån redan om några år beräknas att gå från att vara nettoexportör till att bli nettoIMPORTÖR, att Venezuela som idag är USAs 5e största olje exportör med Chavez i spetsen lägger alla klutar till att sälja så lite det bara är möjligt möjligt till USA och istället binder upp leveransavtal med Kina, att det i Nigeria ett annat oljeland som USA får sin olja från utbrutit ett veritabelt inbördeskrig om olja där rebellerna hotar/kidnappar/dödar all personal arbetandes för utländska oljebolagb så säger det sig självt att för USAs del återstår snart bara Kanada. Problemet för USA, de stora privata oljebolagen, alla privata investerare är att man inte kommer att vara ensam om denna insikt.
Kanada med sina massiva oljereserver i kombination med sin legala rättsapparat, med allt vad detta innebär av respekt för privat äganderätt, utgör här ett mycket lysande undantag. Tids nog kommer kanske nog även ändras här så att energi tillgångar också i Kanda anses som nationell strategisk egendom. Men riktigt där är vi ännu inte och klart att när väl detta händer kommer Kanada att utgöra ett av de absolut sista länderna som gör det.
Räkna med att de stora oljebolagen, privata såväl som nationella, i än högre grad kommer att inse detta faktum i takt med deras desperata försök att hålla någorlunda i kontroll sina ständigt och framöver allt eskalerande minskning av sina egna olje reserver.
Sedan kanske jag personligen reserverar mig något mot Cs försök att använda teknisk analys på små juniorer som ex STP. De drivs av nyheter inget annat. Även och de tekniska charten händelsevis visar sälj så när väl en ev nyhet kommer rörande bolages utveckling och denna är av positiv art så exploderar likafullt charten upp till skyarna i alla fall. I STPs fall vet vi att det vankas flera olika nyheter av olika art och frågan är då bara när. Skall då verkligen kan man fråga sig dvs om man är intresserad av bolaget då när detta väl händer stå utan? Well it's your call..

Sid Dykstra, former president and chief executive of Opti Canada, is jumping back into the oilsands with a directorship in Southern Pacific Resource Corp.
The Calgary-based junior announced Monday that Dykstra has come aboard to provide guidance as it moves forward with a 12,000-barrel-a-day steam-assisted gravity drainage project on its McKay block in the Athabasca oilsands.
In May, Southern Pacific filed the application for the project, which is forecast to produce bitumen for 30 years."The approval process is expected to take 12 to 15 months, during which time Southern Pacific plans to secure project financing, begin detailed engineering and long lead equipment procurement," says its website.
Dykstra should be an expert on the pitfalls of junior oilsands development.

Vi lever i en värld av mätbarhet och vi utvärderas mäts och kontrolleras på längden och tvärsen i alla möjliga och omöjliga sammanhang. Det som är viktigast för alla oss människor dock är känslan av att vara behövd, omtyckt och älskad. Hur mäter man grad av kärlek och omtanke ex i dagens skola eller i arbetslivet?
Visserligen är nog mycket av det budskap som kommer fram i ex rörelser relaterat till "New Thought" som vi skrivit om på denna blogg tidigare och som innebäar att det är vi själva varje individ som är ansvariga för hur vi tänker oss våra liv sant. Om vi ser oss själva som offer blir vi garanterat detta. En viktig del i detta anser jag är just vår självkänsla. En individ med en bra och sund självkänsla kan klara av de mest häpnadsveckande stordåd omgiven av skeptiker och kritiker.
Det som allt som oftast dock missas i dessa "New Thought" religioner är att så mycket av hur vi tänker om oss själva och vår omvärld i realiteten dikteras av andra än oss själva genom de värderingsprinciper och utvärderingar vi utsätts för sedan modersmjölken. Inte lätt för en 4 åring eller en mellanstadie elev att se igenom detta i alla lägen och inse sin verkliga potential och storhet.
Betydelsen av detta i sin tur är att se till att alla ungar i skolan kommer ut systemet med bra och sund självkänsla. Detta är i sig det som gång efter gång visar sig vara det helt avgörande och grundläggande för en individs möjlighet att leva ett rik och lyckligt liv. Betydligt viktigare dessutom än kunskap som alltid kan införskaffas bara viljan och intresse från individen sedan finns.
Nedanstående två studier visar med all önskvärd tydlighet de oerhörda närmast gigantiska sammhällsekonomiska kostnaderna som är relaterade till att inte göra detta.

Barn som ingen vill leka med löper däremot större risk att utveckla både hjärtsjukdomar, diabetes och psykiska problem.
En ny studie stärker bilden av att barn som är ensamma eller utsatta under sin skoltid riskerar att drabbas av ohälsa i vuxen ålder
Analysen baseras på data från cirka 14 000 personer födda i Stockholm 1953. När barnen var 12-13 fick de ange vem eller vilka i klassen som de helst ville vara med, och utifrån detta kunde forskarna placera barnen i fem olika grupper. Barn vars namn inte nämndes av någon klasskamrat kallades "marginaliserade" och de som nämndes av sju eller fler kallades "favoriter".
Risken att utveckla exempelvis diabetes och andra ämnesomsättningsrubbningar var fyra gånger så hög som bland barnen som hade varit mest populära. Kopplingen mellan popularitet i barndomen och senare risk för hjärtinfarkt och andra hjärt-kärlsjukdomar var slående tydlig. De mest ensamma utvecklade också dubbelt så ofta svåra mentala problem, inklusive självmordsförsök och självskadebeteenden, som de mest populära.

Skolk kostar. Främst för barnen själva. Som grupp begår skolkare oftare brott och är själva mer utsatta för brott. De är oftare inblandade i mobbning, både som offer och förövare. Och den som inte fullföljer grundskolan får svårt att hitta ett jobb.
Utgångspunkten är att mellan 10 000 och 13 000 i varje årskull på cirka 100 000 barn kommer att hamna i ett mer eller mindre livslångt utanförskap. De som inte får jobb eller kan försörja sig på grund av sjukdom eller missbruk kostar samhället mellan 300 000 och 400 000 kronor på årsbasis.
- Blir personen en fullfjädrad narkoman som är heroinmissbrukare, då kostar han 2 miljoner om året. Ställer vi det i relation till en dyr förebyggande insats så kostar den kanske några hundra tusen kronor. Vi behöver inte lyckas jättemånga gånger för att det ska vara en väldigt bra affär, säger Ingvar Nilsson.

"Innovativ" intjäningsförmåga
Att läsa i Bristol Evening Post nyligen:
Utanför Bristol Zoo ligger det en parkering med plats för 150 bilar och 8 lastbilar.
Den har varit bemannad sex dagar i veckan i 23 (!) år av samma charmerande och väldigt vänliga parkeringsvakt med sin biljettmaskin. Avgiften är £1 per bil och £5 per lastbil.
Förra måndagen dök han inte upp på sin arbetsplats, så Bristol Zoo management ringde Bristol Citys kommun för att be dem skicka en reserv p.g.a. parkeringsstrul.
Kommunen sade att bilparkeringen inte var deras ansvar. Bristol Zoo frågade om inte parkeringsvakten var anställd av kommunen? "Vilken parkeringsvakt" svarade kommunen...
Mannen är nu försvunnen från sin bostad efter att ha tagit ut dagliga parkeringsavgifter på ca. £400/dag de senaste 23 åren....
Ihopräknat är det ca 47 miljoner kr med dagens valutakurs...

Det kunde botas om man återgick till den mat som människan är anpassad till. Doktorn fick allt fler patienter. The Secret of the Ages

Robert "Bob" Collier was born April 19, 1885, in St. Louis, Missouri, the son of Mary Ferguson and John Collier. His mother died when he and his older brother were quite young, and his father traveled widely for Collier's Magazine, which was founded and published by his uncle, Peter F. Collier. Bob was expected to become a priest, but before taking his vows he decided against the life of a clergyman and headed off to seek his fortune.
Because of an earlier, seemingly undiagnosable illness which he finally cured through Christian Science, he started investigating how the Mind could so quickly and surely cure an illness which doctors had been working on for months. Clearly there must be powers in the Mind he'd never suspected -- and if it had dominion over his physical self, why could it not cure any financial lack? Why could it not bring him anything of good he might wish?
For long months, Bob studied hundreds of books and courses on everything relating to metaphysics and success in life. Whole religions seemed to be built on it. It was a long time before he began to find parts that were really workable in everyday life; a long time before he realized tangible results from his efforts -- but when results began, they came quickly.

Within six months of publication of these books he received more than one million dollars-worth of orders for them. The books were later combined into a single volume entitled The Secret of the Ages. New Thought
I går lärde jag mig något nytt. Det finns en andlig strömming som definitivt haft ett starkt fäste i USA under större delen av 1900 talet och som i det landet kan spåras tillbaka till mitten kanske tom början av 1800 talet. Idag går denna andliga tradition under namnet "New Thought".
Min reflektion är att detta är en andlig tradition som kan spåras tillbaka till Platon i den gamla världen och innan dess Egyptens sk Mystery Schools. Detta var då och vid den tiden kunskap och tänkande som hölls strikt separat från massorna och ex Platon fick vänta i över 20 år innan han godkändes som elev till dessa skolor i Egypten. Pytagoras en annan känd gammal grek lär ha spenderat över 22 år i dessa skolor. Var denna tradition, detta tänkande hade sitt ursprung innan dess är däremot svårt att sia om. Intressant är dock att en av eleverna från denna skola dvs Platon skrev historien om "Atlantis".

Oljan - vart är den på väg?
Många "analytiker" nu ute och uttalar sig som experter på oljepriset framöver. Allt från $30 till $85 redan ca slutet av innevarande år. Det är onekligen rätt stora skillnader.
Eg kan man inte förutsäga vart priset på olja tar vägen i det korta, lika lite som man kan bestämma ex börsens utveckling under begränsade perioder baserat på enbart fundamenta. Istället är det faktorer som belåningsgrad, hävstång, valutaeffekter, centralbankers agerande etc som kan ställa till det. I det långa däremot tveklöst så att priset på energi och olja är stigande. Det är tom så att skulle vi se ett oljepris på$30 innevarande år så kommer detta innebära definitiva dolkstöten för alla försök att i tid ta fram ny olje kapacitet och däremen en i det närmaste katastrofal tillgångsproblematik runt ca 2012. Detta skulle i sin tur innebära en finansiell härdsmälta som får det vi just nu bevittnar att framstå som en behaglig, varm bris.
Om det är någon analytiker som man skall följa så är det not enligt undertecknad GS som senaste decennierna faktiskt visat sig ha prickat in mycket exakt oljans pris utveckling. Och om det är källor jag skulle hålla mig på armlängs avstånd från är det just "experter" med en nära koppling till den amerikanska regeingen i vilken form de än må vara.

According to a Morgan Stanley report, most of the scheduled incremental oil capacity from 2009 to 2015 is highly ambitious and unlikely to be achieved due to technical, financial and political setbacks.
This will result in tight spare capacity, one of the major reasons for price increases in 2005 until oil prices peaked last year.
Energy economists believe price rises in the past years revealed an oil market that has lost a great deal of its flexibility and capacity to deal with supply disruptions or large unexpected increases in global demand.
Spare capacity – or extra crude oil stored for emergency cases – is said to have helped offset large demand and supply shocks in the 1980s and 1990s. But this has dipped to record lows in recent years.
Current spare capacity is estimated at 6.7 million barrels per day (mbpd). Due to the slump in demand, this is enough to keep the market calm for the time being. However, Morgan Stanley estimates that by 2012, demand will increase by 2.7 mbpd during which time global production capacity will have fallen by 700,000 bpd. This will take the spare capacity down to 3.3 mbpd or less than four per cent of global oil demand.
"We see global spare production capacity staying ample through end-2010, before declining in 2011 and reaching 2007-2008 tightness by 2012," it said.
"While the high prices of 2004-2008 prompted a flurry of exploration and production activity, the payback for this activity is mostly lagged to 2012 and beyond."
The report, "Crude Oil: Balances to tighten again by 2012", said oil demand has dropped by two million barrels per day (bpd) this year but it will rebound by one million bpd next year and then grow by one per cent.
Even at this marginal demand growth level, it will still create a tight market due to a string of delays in oil producing states incremental output plans.
The bulk of the expansion projects are either expensive such as the Canadian oil sands; or technically extraordinarily challenging such as the Tupi in Brazil; or face geopolitical challenges, as in the case of Iraq, Venezuela, Nigeria and Kuwait.
If a significant portion of these supplies fails to materialise, global spare production capacity would be drastically reduced, it said.
"As inventories cannot be drawn on indefinitely, this scenario would entail prices moving markedly higher to ration demand," it added.
Saudi Arabia
Much of the incremental capacity and existing spare capacity comes from Saudi Arabia. Its spare capacity stands at 4.5 mbpd or nearly 70 per cent of the 6.7 mbpd of estimated global spare capacity.
Saudi, Opec's largest oil producer is the world's largest net oil exporter and second largest producer behind Russia. The kingdom, whose current Opec quota is 8.05 mbpd, is the only country in the Middle East that is poised to increase its capacity to 12.2 mbpd by end of next year, as per its target.
This relates largely to the ramp-up of new production at the massive Khurais (1.2 mbpd) and Shaybah (250,000 bpd) fields.
Morgan Stanley said a third of the new Saudi capacity in 2009 is likely to remain idled initially, although the Saudis have noted that production from these facilities could reach capacity within as little as 30 days if needed. It has now started commissioning its new fields with priority given to the small Arabian super-light field of Nuayyim. Although the field will only produce 100,000 bpd, it has a high gas-to-oil ratio of 800 cubic feet per barrel of crude – a welcome stream during peak gas demand in summer.
UAE
Abu Dhabi, which holds more than 94 per cent of oil reserves in the UAE is facing production challenges. The UAE's foreign partners, including Total, Shell, BP and ExxonMobil, are reluctant to invest in further idle capacity expansion at a time when they cannot sell what they produce (owing to production quotas) and are facing an uncertain outlook regarding the renewal of their concession agreements.
The cost and complexity of adding additional production from the UAE's maturing fields and diminishing reserves base, while sustaining high levels of resource recovery are also "discouraging", the report said.
Abu Dhabi National Oil Company (Adnoc) had originally announced plans to phase the increase of capacity from 2.85 mbpd to 3.5 mbpd by 2010, with follow-up expansions to raise production to 4 mbpd by 2015. The 3.5 mbpd deadline was later pushed back to 2012 and has now been delayed to an unspecified date, said Morgan Stanley.
Major incremental developments such as the Thamama G and Habshan 2 reservoirs in the Bab field and the Huwaila Field development totalling together approximately 390,000 barrels per day have now slipped beyond 2012.
A detailed Exxon study of the complexity of the Zakum reservoirs also calls into question whether production can be lifted by 200,000 bpd, while maintaining high levels of oil recovery and overcoming declines from the lower reservoir zones.
Adco, the UAE's offshore joint venture company with Shell, BP, ExxonMobil, Total and Portugal's Partex, had plans to increase the output of the Upper Zakum reservoirs in the Zakum field.
This development project had aimed to increase Zakum's output from 550,000 to 750,000 bpd. The Zakum Field reservoirs are carbonate rocks with shale separations and reefal developments. The complexity of the project and increases in cost estimates since its approval in early-2006 have now delayed completion from 2010 to beyond 2013.
"Such reservoir complexities are typical of UAE oil fields and put in doubt Adnoc's ability to increase production capacity without intense technical participation by the major international oil companies," the report said.
Other delayed projects include the offshore Hail and Bui Tini field developments, which were scheduled to deliver 50,000 bpd, the Quarriers Field (40,000 bpd) and the Bina Al Qumran Field (20,000 bpd).
Kuwait
Kuwait's original plans to invest up to $40 billion (Dh146.8bn) over the next 15 years to rehabilitate its oil sector and boost upstream capacity from 2.65 mbpd to four mbpd over the next 15 years also appear "unlikely".
Kuwait is aiming to produce 50,000 bpd of heavy oil by 2011 and 250,000 bpd by 2015 as part of plans to boost its total oil output to four mbpd by 2020. It has in 2007 struck a deal with Exxon Mobil Corp to produce heavy oil in the north of the Gulf state and aims to boost production to 900,000 barrels per day by 2020.
At the outset, the country appears to be on track with its projects. Industry data shows that Kuwait is also pursuing upstream projects. Investments in this sector have soared by seven per cent from $31.3bn in 2008 to $33.6bn in Jan 2009.
There would have been more investments if the country would open up to more participation from global oil firms but Kuwait, due to pressures from the parliament, remains unable to do so. "We would not stop any of our oil and gas projects, in fact all Kuwait Oil Company's (KOC) gas plans are on target," Mohammed Hussain, Deputy Chairman and Managing Director at KOC told Emirates Business earlier. "We are going to continue with these projects. And we are going to make ensure the security of oil."
However, the Kuwait State Audit reported in July 2009 that the government-owned KOC would not be able to achieve its strategic production increase owing to numerous delays in the implementation of specific projects in the northern oil fields and the construction of supporting infrastructure.
KOC now plans to increase its rig activity from 25 drilling rigs to 60 before 2011 but the concurrent increase in production remains undefined.
This, according to Morgan Stanley, is largely the result of the closure in early-2009 of technical service agreements with all major international oil companies. "KOC on its own will be hard-pressed to establish technical and organisational resources required to manage the major expansion programme," it said.
In recent months, KOC has focused on its large Burgan oilfield, where production challenges include severe water requirement, reservoir pressure declines, infill drilling requirements and remedial work-overs for older oil wells. "In order to sustain Burgan's capacity of nearly 1.43 mbpd and due to manpower limitations, KOC has had to defer other expansion in both the north and west of Kuwait," it said.
The absence of technical service contracts with the global oil companies has only served to compound these challenges, it added.
Iraq
Iraq's plan to increase production capacity by two mbpd to almost 4.5 mbpd within six years likewise appears "unachievable", says the report. The combined impact of the disappointing round one bidding process and the lack of centralised plans and supporting infrastructure for round two fields does not portend to a rapid increase in Iraq's production capabilities, it said.
Given ongoing declines within its mature reservoirs, the absence of investments over the past three decades, and continued domestic turmoil and tensions, any significant change in Iraq's production capacity is unlikely to materialise until 2014 and beyond.
The future development of Iraq's vast oil sector requires detailed and thoroughly integrated processes and capacity plans along with a supervising organisation that can address common issues and requirements.
Such a plan would provide the common infrastructure necessary to physically link current and future installations in one integrated value chain.
The establishment of a national oil company to fulfill such a role remains under consideration pending the election of a new parliament. In the meantime, issues such as the availability of critical support resources (massive supplies of processed seawater or compressed gas for reservoir pressure maintenance) remain on hold.
Iran
The report dubs Iran's expansion plans are "ambitious" too. Its target to achieve production capacity of 4.5 mbpd within the next four years and 5.3 mbpd by 2013-2014 has run into a variety of technical, financial and political problems.
The National Iranian Oil Company (NIOC) has, in the past, been confident it could achieve its objectives through in-fill drilling and work-overs of existing wells as well as the development of new fields such as Azadegan and Yadavaran. Smaller fields such as Paranj, Jufeir, Khesht, Mansourabad and West Paydar were also scheduled to supplement such capacity expansions.
Azadegan has more than five billion barrels of mostly heavy oil reserves across four reservoirs. Its expansion from 20,000 bpd to 260,000 languished for years owing to a reluctance of Japanese partner Inpex to violate US sanctions.
NIOC and CNPC have now signed a deal to increase Azadegan's capacity in two phases by 2013. These plans are slow to evolve owing to the extreme reservoir complexity and low commerciality of the heavy crude, which was originally to be shipped to a super heavy crude refinery in Khuzestan.
CNPC signed an agreement with NIOC in 2007 to develop the extensive Yadavaran field reported to have more than 17 billion barrels of heavy oil. This field also has technology issues and the targeted production capacity of 300,000 bpd may slip beyond 2012.

Nature is built on fractal geometry
Nature is not a random event. Nature is built on a fractal caracter. Thus if you are able to understand the stuctrure in nature at any one level you are able to see a self smilar structures repeat it self at different levels of the organisation.
So when nature evolves it is not a random event and you will be able to predict the evolution if you understand the evolution at an earlier stage of the development.
Civilisation, biology, nature are all built of a fractal geometry.

A Summary of The Science of Getting Rich
"There is a thinking stuff from which all things are made,and which, in its original state, permeates, penetrates, and fills the interspaces of the universe.
A thought in this substance produces the thing that is imaged by the thought.
A person can form things in his thought, and by impressing his thought upon formless substance can cause the thing he thinks about to be created. In order to do this, a person must pass from the competitive to the creative mind. Otherwise he cannot be in harmony with formless intelligence, which is always creative and never competitive
in spirit.
A person may come into full harmony with the formless substance by entertaining a lively and sincere gratitude for the blessings it bestows upon him. Gratitude unifies the minds of individuals with the intelligence of substance, so that a persons thoughts are received by the formless.
A person can remain upon the creative plane only by uniting himself with the formless intelligence through a deep and continuous feeling of gratitude.

Too much stress cannot be laid on the importance of frequent contemplation of the mental image, coupled with unwavering faith and devout gratitude. This is the process by which the impression is given to the formless and the creative forces set in motion.
The creative energy works through the established channels of natural growth, and of the industrial and social order. All that is included in his mental image will surely be brought to the person who follows the instructions given above, and whose faith does not waver. Dreams, desires, intentions. Dreams come and go. Desires reside in the heart. If you knew who walked beside you at all times on this path that you have chosen, you could never experience fear or doubt again. Renowned author and speaker in the field of self-development Dr. Wayne Dyer and foremost authority in bridging science and spirit Dr. Bruce Lipton discussed how genes and DNA do not control our body, and how MEMES, or mind viruses, are infecting our population.
Viruses function to duplicate, infiltrate, and spread, and so it is with mental or cultural beliefs which people have been programmed with, Dyer noted. 95% of behavior stems from thoughts and beliefs stored in the subconscious mind, and most of these came from other people, and tend to be self-sabotaging, Lipton pointed out. I use the term "habitual mind," instead of what Bruce calls subconscious, said Dyer, explaining that people have a lot of "excuses" in their head as to why they can't effect change-- such as 'I'm too old,' 'I'm too busy,' etc. But when you change the way you look at things, things start to change, he commented. You can overcome limiting ideas, he advised, and not always believe everything you think-- most of what you think doesn't hold up.
Dr. Lipton talked about his understanding of "epigenetics"-- how genetic change in people can occur through the adjusting of their perceptions. We can be the architects of our genetic blueprint, he said, and use the stem cells within our body to manifest miracles. The human community is going through an "evolutionary upheaval," moving past the mental programming that emphasizes our separateness from one another, Lipton concluded.

Verklig styrka - inte bara skrytmuskler!
Många hör av sig och undrar hur det går med mitt nya träningsupplägg à la Frank Nilsson (ni har väl läst "Istället för doping se länk nedan?) i syfte att bygga en hård och stark kropp.
Efter några veckors uppbyggande och teknik förfining så är jag nu i gång för full maskin. Det fina med upplägget är att det tar minimalt med tid och att risken för att bli övertränad och hamna i kortisol träsket med allt vad detta innebär av nedbrytning av kroppen med detta upplägg fullständigt kan undvikas.
Det har dock tagit en del övning att få in marklyftet som jag har stor respekt för då om man gör fel riskerar skador, i synnerhet om man lyfter för mycket och med fel teknik. Nu är det nog mer psykiskt istället att våga lassa på (man häpnar över hur snabbt det går fram och hur mycket mer man kan lyfta än vad man tror). Sedan kompletterar jag med lite bröst övningar så har jag kört igenom hela kroppen. Hur detta fungerar i praktiken, vad som händer i kroppen osv står det skrivet i detalj om i Franks alldeles förträffliga bok som är jag övertygad om kommer att bli en bibel för framtida idtrottsutövare. Kosten hade jag sedan långt tidigare redan på plats.

China och Greenspan - "alarmed by US money printing"
Inflation i the works.. men så länge det inte införs en helt ny världsvaluta finns idag eg inga reela alternativ till dollarn. Ser man risker med dollarn så som här nu Kina flaggar för så är nog råvaror det enda riktigt säkra alternativet.

"Just to set the story straight: the facepainted kids in the video are a boy and girl from Los Angeles, two friends of mine, names Raf and Abby. MGMT was not involved in the making of this video, however, they became involved down the line.
The story goes like this:
December 2007: Rushing to make a due date for a USC Music Video class, I ask my friends Raf and Abby to appear in my video. I like the way they bounce off of each other despite completely different personality types, and think they both have interesting faces. Raf didn't want to shave so I didn't push him. We shot in one night, I cut overnight, turn it in and call it the worst thing I've done so far.
January 2008: On a whim one night while visiting home in Austin, Texas, I throw the video on Youtube just for kicks.
April 2008: Ray Tintori, who has directed 3 official videos for MGMT, finds my fan video online and invites myself and my two actors to come to New York to appear in MGMTs next official video for Electric Feel.
May 2008: We go to New York and have a great time on the set with the band and all their friends.

Mind over matter
Minstingen i familjen är en riktig liten sladdis. Hans födelsedag är eg mitten av sommaren men eftersom vi då till större delen befann oss i utlandet har vi ännu inte lyckats att få till hans födelsekalas.. förrän idag. 13 st sjövilda smågrabbar i vårt, visserligen stora men ändå av fysiken begränsade (det finns väggar) hem. Jag menar 13 grabbar har liksom stora krav på spring yror och det var därför med viss bävan vi noterade att denna dag vi skickat ut inbjudan till verkade att bli en regnig dag. Kan man ha grabbar utomhus på gräsmattas och i det fria så underlättar det, var vår tanke. Men med regn och åter regn så sent som i går och större delen av föregående vecka och med fem dygns prognoser som talade om skurar så såg detta onekligen ut att kunna bli ett riskfyllt projekt. Vad gör man då? Ställer in och avvaktar bättre tillfälle eller vad? Tja, jag började helt enkelt och simpelt att tacka för det fina väder vi skulle få idag. Detta gjorde jag sedan några dagar tillbaka och i synnerhet under de av regn tyngda dagarna i veckan vi haft.
Idag var en av de soligaste dagarna vi haft, riktigt varmt och nästan inga moln. Ungarna var utomhus större delen av kalaset och det gick så bra nu ett kalas kan gå givet att det arrangeras av överåriga och av minstingens betydligt äldre store bröder ansedda som fullständigt mossiga och senila föräldrar (är ungarna vildare idag än förr - eller är det bara jag som börjar bli gammal och ljudkänslig?).
Var denna lyckan med vädret bara en lycklig omständighet och bara ett sammanträffande? Antagligen. Jag väljer dock att tacka för denna underbara dag och allt det kul vi fick ha tillsammans. Jag tackar även för det materiella överskott vi fått och att vi har möjligheten att stödja varandra i vårt ständiga arbeta att bli bättre människor så att vi alla kan hjälpas åt att sprida ett ljus över världen. Det behövs när man betänker att definitionen av att vara människa är att vara ofullkomlig. Om vi vore fullkomliga skulle vi vara gudar och leva i paradiset. Vi är inte där ännu... men med lite andlig förkovran kan vi nog komma en bit på väg.
