JKC de Courcy: The Drums of War

Jim welcomes to Financial Sense Newshour Joe de Courcy, Editor of Courcy’s Intelligence Brief and Chief
Executive of Intelligence Research Ltd in London. Joe is hearing the drumbeat of war getting louder in the Middle East, as talk of general war is coming from many sources.

Courcy’s Intelligence Service is headed by JKC de Courcy, son of the founder Kenneth and nephew of John. He has been involved in global political analysis since graduating from Oriel College, Oxford, in 1977. In the 1990s, he founded Terrorism & Security Monitor and Islamic Affairs Analyst, both now owned by the Jane’s Information Group. From 2004-2010, JKC de Courcy was commissioned by the UK’s Health Protection Agency to develop an early-warning service for emerging health threats, with a particular emphasis on chemical, biological, radiological, and nuclear threats. He is now Chief Executive of Intelligence Research Ltd.
