'Hired 'rebels', civil war part of US plan to colonize Libya'

US radio host Stephen Lendman believes the plan for an invasion of Libya is set. War is coming, he declared, but it has nothing to do with humanitarian aid and democratic processes in the country.

So at the same time more and more evidence now is mounting the US will interveine militarily in Libya in order to "support the peoples uprising from their opressor" the US at the very same time seems to be 100% supporting the opressors in Bahrain, against the will of the people. The fact the US already has the 5th Fleet in place in Bahrain but no military access to Libya might be the reason now the US Navy 6th Fleet seems to prepare for combat in Libya.

While demonstrators denounce the monarchy's reform offers as a sham, U.S. officials are praising the king of the Persian Gulf island nation, and have taken a lead role in pushing for negotiations.

However US best buddy in the Arab world The Saudi-Arabian nation is preparing to help assist beat down any sign of people expressing their opinion on the streets in Bahrain:

Saudi Arabia’s authoritarian monarch has dispatched at least 30 tanks and possibly as many as 1,000 soldiers to neighboring Bahrain in an effort to supress a popular uprising there.

And sure Saudi-Arabia is one of THE most opressive regimes out there:

Riyadh/Cairo - Saudi activists alleged Wednesday that state security shot dead a leading online activist, who was calling for a 'Day of Rage' on March 11 in the oil-rich kingdom.

Faisal Ahmed Abdul-Ahadwas, 27, was believed to be one of the main administrators of a Facebook group that is calling for protests similar to that have swept North Africa and the Middle East.

Despite all the actions by the Saudia Arabian rulers to keep the lid on it seems some people really are starting to get second thoughs about the future of that country. At least from an investment perspective:

While the Saudi government would have us believe that everything is fine and dandy in their country, recent action in the Saudi stock market suggests otherwise. As shown in the chart below, the Saudi Tadawul All Share Index has declined for 13 straight days, and it is now down more than 20% since peaking in January.
